PDA stands with pharmacists affected by NHS reorganisation

PDA supports the ‘Talk about flex’ campaign

Today (6 March) is Employee Appreciation Day, and the PDA is joining other NHS unions in calling on employers to take meaningful action on flexible working through the ‘Get Ahead on Flex’ pledge. As a union representing pharmacists across the NHS, the PDA believes flexible working should be a reality for every member of staff, not an exception granted only to a few.

NHS pay announcement 2026/27

Pharmacists and other NHS workers on Agenda for Change contracts have been told that the government has agreed the recommendation from the NHS Pay Review Body (NHSPRB) for a 3.3% pay increase for the 2026/27 annual pay review.
