As a union representing pharmacists across the NHS, the PDA believes flexible working should be a reality for every member of staff, not an exception granted only to a few.

  Pharmacists and other NHS workers on Agenda for Change contracts have been told that the government has agreed the recommendation from the NHS Pay Review Body (NHSPRB) for a 3.3% pay increase for the 2026/27 annual pay review.
