This workshop introduces a coaching‑based approach to help pharmacists develop their professional identity. Through reflective practice, action planning and portfolio‑building techniques, participants will explore how who they are as professionals informs what they do, and how they can shape their future direction with confidence and purpose.
Learning Outcomes:
- Explore professional identity through personal values, strengths and aspirations
- Introduction to practical coaching approaches to plan, review and manage career development
- Optimise experience through portfolio and credentialing pathways .

- Connecting with a professional ‘brand’
- Talent mapping to drive intentional career pathways .
By attending this workshop, participants will feel equipped to shape their professional identity intentionally and translate their strengths, values and aspirations into meaningful action.
