PDA warns new GPhC supervision standards risk undermining patient safety

The PDA has warned that proposed new supervision standards for Responsible Pharmacists and Superintendent Pharmacists from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) could undermine patient safety by blurring statutory roles, weakening accountability, and enabling unsafe models of practice unless they are significantly revised.
