I just wanted to write in to thank the PDA for being there for me during an awful experience at work.
In particular, I wanted to start by saying that I cannot thank the PDA representative who accompanied me to a meeting with head office staff, enough. She was just ‘brilliant’- I found her to be a very caring, compassionate, understanding person who instantly made me feel at ease when meeting her an hour before our meeting.
During the meeting, she was very professional and represented me justly and honestly as to the type of person that I am and conveyed this together with all other points so well to my company representatives. She even questioned their handling of the whole process going forward, to help others who may find themselves in my situation.
