PDA to host member event for national ‘protect the right to strike’ day

With MPs voting in favour of new strike laws which set minimum levels of service which must be met during strikes, the Trades Union Congress (TUC) is holding a national ‘protect the right to strike’ day on Wednesday 1 February. The union body says the government’s new anti-strike plans are unworkable and in breach of international law.
