VACCINATIONS: All vaccinations delivered by suitably trained pharmacists have always been covered by indemnity insurance as part of the standard PDA membership apart from Covid-19. For new membership renewals after January 1st, 2026, Covid-19 vaccinations are now also automatically covered.

    The student ACTNow campaign launches today where Pharmacist Support is encouraging students to take the first step in prioritising their wellbeing by signing up to the campaign today. From 30 March – 6 April, the campaign will help pharmacy students to focus on their mental wellbeing, anxiety, and feel mentally prepared for their exams.

  • New guidance on mental wellbeing at work published by NICE

    The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has published new guidance around the creation of the right conditions for good mental wellbeing at work. This guidance is designed to “promote a supportive and inclusive work environment, including training and support for managers and helping people who have or are at risk of poor mental health.”
