VACCINATIONS: All vaccinations delivered by suitably trained pharmacists have always been covered by indemnity insurance as part of the standard PDA membership apart from Covid-19. For new membership renewals after January 1st, 2026, Covid-19 vaccinations are now also automatically covered.

The PDA BAME Network has put together a factsheet to provide an overview of tokenism in the workplace, and to help pharmacists, trainees and students understand its impact and help them lead a conversation in the workplace on the topic.

  • PDA LGBT+ Network speaks out against transphobic rhetoric

    Following the statements by some senior government ministers at their party conference in October and the subsequent decision to reverse the commitment on banning conversion therapy, the PDA’s LGBT+ Network wholly condemns transphobic rhetoric, including comments relating to wards in hospital trusts across the UK.

Recently, Oshor shared an experience from his playing days as a winger at Stockport County FC, which highlighted why just not being racist is not enough.
