The National Association of Women Pharmacists was founded in 1905 and relaunched in January 2020 as a network within the PDA. Although the pharmacy profession is now two thirds women, inequality remains and in this session delegates will hear from a leading national expert on inequality at work.
In the 50th year since the Equal Pay Act became law, Dr Wanda Wyporska, FRSA, Executive Director of the Equality Trust will be talking to pharmacists about inequality at work: What it means for pharmacists and what you can do about it.
